• FAA regulations require all passengers and bags to be weighed at check-in. For each passenger weighing 240 pounds or more, an additional seat must be purchased in advance of the tour. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers. It is important to provide accurate body weight when booking. This Policy is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Guests will be weighed on site and a refund will not be available if you are outside the limits.

• NO CAMERAS ALLOWED - ONLY A CELL PHONE AND IT MUST BE IN THE LANYARD THAT AIR MAUI WILL PROVIDE AND YOU WILL WEAR AROUND YOUR NECK DURING FLIGHT.
• Children must be at least 10 years of age. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old.
• No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
• Must wear closed toed shoes. No flip-flops or sandals.
• Long hair must be tied up at all times.
• Air Maui will provide each passenger a flight suit that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
• Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
• Flight routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions.
• Half hour prior check-in to all flights is required.
